Terms of Agreement:
Grow With Me
Deposit: $125
Maternity: 1 hour maternity photography session in studio or location of your choice (32-36 weeks)
$262.50- due by the day of session
Newborn: Up to a 4-hour newborn studio session (4-10 days old)
$262.50- due by the day of session
“Sitting up” mini session: 30-minute studio session when your child is in the sitting up stage. (6-7 months, baby only)
$262.50- due by the day of session
1 year: 1 hour session in studio or on location of your choice ( includes 1 family shot, majority of the session will be focused on baby)
$262.50- due by the day of session
Images will be shared electronically via pixieset,.com. The professionally edited images can be downloaded at full resolution.
After all sessions have been completed, client will receive a custom USB with images from all of the sessions.
Online gallery will be accessible for 3 months with images from session.
Total: $1175 (broken into 5 payments)
Payments: Payments may be paid via paypal (please request invoice), check, or cash.
The images include printing rights. (Please print images from approved list of printers. I.E. MPix, Nation’s Photo Lab and Black River Imaging)
In order to hold your appointment, a $125 session retainer must be received. The money is non-refundable but we will reschedule if you have some problem. The rest of the fee is due at the time of the session. Please notify me at least 48 hours before the photo session if you must reschedule.
A word about Copyright:
In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop or modify any image produced at this photo session. The photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, and self-promotion.
